Add consultants who are free now or soon to the bench sheet: role, skills, experience and your best rate. No names. Upload it in a minute.
Post a requirement
Paste your client's openings with experience, work mode, duration and budget. Each opening gets its own ID.
Get matched within 48 hours
We check availability with the matching firms and send you anonymous profiles with their best price.
Talk directly
When the listing firm accepts an interview, we introduce you both. You agree the rate and sign your own subcontract.
Short work counts too: a few hours of review, a few days of fixes, or months of contract work.

Anonymous until you accept
Listings show role, skills, experience and rate. Your firm's name is shared only when you accept an interview request.
No poaching
For 12 months after an introduction, no member hires or engages another member's consultant without written consent, directly or through another vendor.
A neutral operator
MyExpertise IT Solutions runs the network. It never bids on network requirements or approaches listed consultants.
Your details stay private
We use what you share only to run the pilot, and delete it when you ask.
Questions firms ask
Who can join?
IT firms in Rajasthan with Salesforce consultants, to begin with. We review every request and confirm membership by email.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the pilot. There are no fees and no commission. Firms agree rates and invoice each other directly.
How short can a job be?
A few hours. Give an hourly rate for consultants who take short work, and post requirements as small as a design review.
Will other firms see our consultants' names?
No. Listings never include consultant names, and your firm's name is shared only when you accept an interview request.
Who runs the network?
MyExpertise IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, based in Jaipur. It runs the network and never bids on network requirements or approaches listed consultants.
How do we leave?
